We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager EMEA to play a critical role in Iron Mountain's expanding growth aspirations. This role is one of several new positions across sales and marketing the company is prioritising as it views this as a key position to support growth. You will play an active role in leading the development, implementation and scalability of marketing campaigns for our main growth strategies - key product focus areas Global Digital Solutions, Secure IT Asset Disposition and Clean Start.

Working in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Global Product Marketing, Field Marketing Teams, Commercial Teams and our EMEA Online, Content and PR teams, you are responsible for ensuring that growth targets across the regions are being met by creating effective, scalable, integrated multi-touch campaigns

What you will do

  • Strategic marketing partner, responsible for developing and maintaining EMEA-wide campaigns for our high growth initiatives. Based on input from Field Marketing teams and Local Commercial teams, the programs should be truly scalable and implementable across EMEA.

  • Works with other marketing SMEs (Automation, Ops, Reporting, Web, Content, PR, and Social,) to facilitate EMEA campaign development, execution, translation and optimization.

  • Owns the campaign execution and achievement of targets in partnership with Field Marketing.

  • Develops campaign measurement frameworks and KPIs, monitoring measurement and optimizing tactics/channels based on performance.

  • Acts as a bridge between US Teams and Local Field Marketing teams. Representing EMEA requirements on global campaigns and during collateral development. Delivering the corporate and US strategy back to the EMEA team.

  • Liaises with EMEA field marketing managers to understand local objectives in each county and helps ensure local campaigns incorporate the global and regional message and strategy.

  • Strongly collaborates with external partners and internal stakeholders across functions to deliver a unified and strong strategy that meets key business goals.

  • Supports the roll-out of new products that fall into the high growth categories including (but not limited to) communicating plans and roadmaps, representing EMEA in key meetings, working with the EMEA program manager on execution and on-time delivery of the product launches.

What you will bring

  • Experienced in B2B content marketing, preferably with a tech background.

  • Experience working and collaborating within a global enterprise is preferred.

  • Proven track record of success in demand/campaign management.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications.

  • English Language Fluency at native or near-native proficiency.

  • Additional language beneficial (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Turkish, Polish).

  • Highly experienced in the development of integrated marketing programs and demand creation activities.

  • Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques.

  • Affinity and knowledge of Digital Marketing channels and tactics.

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage and consult with multiple stakeholders.

  • Project and Program Management.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and strategically prioritise with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
