As Product Marketing Manager, Global Digital Solutions, you will be missioned to support the growth of Global Digital Services Business Unit. Emphasis will be placed on driving compelling content in support of sales plays, client facing, and sales enablement materials. Job responsibility emphasis will be placed on globally marketing our family of Iron Mountain Insight Solutions, which provides a powerful combination ofcontent analytics, data management and information governance solutions, all in one powerful content service platform. If you are passionate about creating and executing content in all forms to drive high-engagement with customers and internal stakeholders, then this is the perfect role for you.
Work with the portfolio marketing, product management and sales leaders to develop value-led, content designed for internal audiences and external customers. Key work areas will be on vertically-aligned use case and sales play development aligned to the Insight product family.
Work with sales enablement to produce sales presentations and sales play kits for sellers, globally
Develop an in-depth understanding of the Content Service Platform category including industry trends and competitive landscape to better anticipate customer needs.
Engage in an active feedback loop with the global marketing leadership team, portfolio marketing managers, product managers, and the Global Marketing Team as a whole.
Ensure messages and client value are understood and leveraged by other stakeholder groups, globally.
Prior experience working on sales enablement, and content creation projects
Demonstrated ability to lead x-matrix teams to amplify messages across multiple channels (social, web, sales, global marketing leaders, etc
Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
Experience creating great visual content that is easy to consume
Demonstrated experience in producing quality content to specific buyer personas across a customer journey
Ability to communicate emphatically in written/visual format to compel people to take action
Ability to strategize to drive successful outcomes; leveraging problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively to achieve cross-team objectives
Aptitude and ability to translate technical content/user experience into marketing-messaging for specific buyer groups
Previous experience working in the product marketing function in B2B
AI/ML Technology background and experience preferred
Understanding of Information Governance preferred
At least 5+ years of previous marketing experience with at least 1-2 years in an B2B marketing capacity
