Iron Mountain Data Center Colocation Product Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona

The Colocation Product Analyst will dive deep into the data and process to influence, implement and operationalize the colocation strategies for Iron Mountain Data Center products globally. With the opportunity to look inwards at Iron Mountain’s performance and externally at competitive factors, this role provides foundational global experience in a rapidly growing industry. Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively across function to develop, implement and manage end to end processes

  • Manage and monitor KPIs/metrics to continually improve processes and product performance

  • Execute on product management priorities for the achievement of strategic and tactical goals

  • Conduct research to uncover customer experiences interacting with customer facing processes

  • Conduct colocation product market research

  • Analyze, research, develop plans, and implement colocation product strategies

  • Manage product catalog and price lists, throughout the product life cycle

  • Understand/contribute to product models and P&L data analysis/performance

  • Support product requests: backlog management, review process, analytics, and feature recommendation prioritization

  • Conduct analysis for strategic and executive reviews

  • Identify performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Provide communications on a regular cadence related to research, analysis and product updates and performance metrics

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • 5+ years experience in an analytical role

  • Colocation, Network, Software, IT or Telecommunication experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree or Military with equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency

  • Product Development lifecycle, Product Catalog experience desirable

  • Salesforce, Apttus CPQ experience desirable

  • Global experience desirable

  • P&L experience desirable
