Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic, brand-driven content leader to own and elevate how Iron Mountain tells its story—across digital platforms, customer narratives, and sales enablement. As a key member of the Brand and Enterprise Marketing team, you’ll help bring to life our global brand narrative and lead high-impact content and experiences that build awareness, drive consideration, and strengthen customer connection.

You’ll shape and deliver brand-level content strategy across key assets like our corporate website experience and master seller’s deck, while leading the development of customer stories and activating major sponsorships through integrated content storytelling. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership, Sales Enablement, Sales, the internal Creative Team, the Global Campaigns team, and the Website team to ensure our brand voice and messaging are consistent, compelling, and actionable across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape brand storytelling and content strategy: Develop and execute a global content strategy that strengthens Iron Mountain’s brand position and connects with key audiences throughout the buyer journey.

  • Own and evolve the master seller’s deck: Lead the development and ongoing optimization of our core sales narrative in collaboration with Sales and Sales Enablement teams - ensuring alignment to brand messaging and market needs.

  • Brand content leadership across web and social: Collaborate with the website, SEO, and social media teams to shape a data-driven brand experience across IronMountain.com and extend key narratives to social channels. Focus on strategic storytelling and high-impact content for priority pages (e.g., Homepage, About Us, Customer Success stories) and ensure alignment and amplification across owned digital platforms.

  • Customer and partner storytelling: Support the creation of compelling customer success stories and co-branded partner content that bring our brand promise to life. This includes helping activate major sponsorships by managing integrated storytelling content projects.

  • Content strategy and development: Oversee brand content strategy across formats—narrative decks, blog posts, social media, executive event messaging, and video scripts. Equally, work with internal creative teams and/or agency partners to execute content development as needed.

  • Content performance and optimization: Leverage analytics to assess performance, extract insights, and optimize storytelling and content strategy.

  • Global enablement and alignment: Provide content toolkits, messaging frameworks, and best practices to regional teams to enable brand consistency and local relevance. Work with other customer-facing program leaders to ensure brand story and content consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B global brand content strategy, thought leadership, brand storytelling, omnichannel or integrated marketing.

  • Proven experience and success in supporting omnichannel campaigns including: mapping messaging and content throughout the customer journey.

  • Experience owning and managing brand-level content activations and campaigns across multiple regions.

  • Proven success developing and managing brand-level content experiences across digital formats and sales assets.

  • Experience in customer and partner storytelling, including content to support sponsorship activation.

  • Expertise in narrative development, editorial strategy, and multi-format content creation.

  • Strong project and program management skills, including understanding of agile ways of working.

  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Sales Enablement, Sales, creative, and campaign teams.

  • Knowledge of SEO, digital content best practices, and performance metrics.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment and drive projects from strategy to execution.

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00
