In order to realize our ambitious growth objectives for the region, Iron Mountain UK & Ireland's marketing division is actively seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to join us as our new Sector Marketing Manager, Public Sector & Healthcare . In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with local marketing teams, commercial stakeholders, and global marketing counterparts to develop and execute industry-specific marketing and sales strategies across various channels including content, communications, digital platforms, events, PR, and marketing operations

Your role in our mission

  • Develop a forward-looking strategy to drive growth within Public Sector and Healthcare markets in the UK&I, leveraging emerging technologies, channels, and tactics to target enterprise prospects and expand reach within existing enterprise accounts.

  • Work closely with the UK&I marketing team to design and implement demand generation, nurturing, and retention strategies tailored to specific verticals.

  • Create and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan aimed at generating measurable increases in sales revenue, encompassing both net new lead generation initiatives and Account Based Marketing campaigns, with a focus on Public Sector and Healthcare

  • Evaluate and manage the performance including ROI analysis, lead volume projections, and communication of results to both sales and marketing stakeholders.

  • Become the foremost subject matter expert for the UK&I region within the sector, gaining deep insights into the challenges and requirements of our target audience.

  • Engage with external partners and other marketing Subject Matter Experts to facilitate campaign development, execution, and optimization.

Valued skills and experience

  • Be university degree in business, marketing, or communications.

  • Several years of experience in marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B vertical content marketing within large Enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record of success in demand and campaign management.

  • Experience in developing and executing vertical-focused strategies and plans.

  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to effectively manage and consult with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize strategically with a high level of autonomy and professionalism.

  • Proficient in business professional English, both written and spoken.
