Job Title: Brand Communication Specialist – Content Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Communication Specialist with a strong focus on Content Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing content strategies that effectively convey our brand message, engage our target audience, and drive brand awareness and growth.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
Brand Messaging: Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand's messaging and core values.
Audience Engagement: Implement strategies to engage and grow our target audience through content across various platforms, including social media, email, and the web.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital assets.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, commercial, and product teams, to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and publication schedules.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure the brand's content remains current and relevant.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in website content building, digital project work, or other relevant professional experience.
Working knowledge of Photoshop or other graphical software
English language fluency to a native or near-native level. A second European or Asian language is a plus.
Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques.
Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve content strategies.
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with others and under limited supervision.
