We have a brand new opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support the reporting and analytics program for the Global Marketing Organisation. This role possess strong communication and data analysis skills with a background in B2B Marketing, as well as a desire to learn and expand his/her knowledge base. The Marketing Analytics Specialist reports to the Marketing Analytics Manager.

What you will do:

  • Build Salesforce.com dashboards and reports for the Marketing Organisation.

  • Assist with maintenance and updating of all day-to-day, ad-hoc, and regular-cadence Salesforce.com reporting.

  • Prepare data and reports (including spreadsheets, slide decks, etc.) for operational performance reporting.

  • Support all reporting and analysis projects.

  • Work with Marketing Operations team members to drive data cleanliness and ensure compliance within our reporting environments.

  • Monitor Salesforce.com for reporting issues.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or other field with a strong focus on data manipulation and analysis, or relevant experience.

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing tools such as Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or Adobe Analytics.

  • Marketing and/or reporting/ analytics experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Strong analytics / statistics background in prior positions, internships, college coursework, etc.

  • A hunger to learn, grow, and problem-solve.

  • Be self-starting and able to work in a remote environment. Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines without constant direct oversight.

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable working as part of a diverse global team, across multiple levels of the organisation.
