This role supports the reporting and analytics program for the Global Marketing Organization. This person must possess strong communication and data analysis skills with a background in B2B Marketing, as well as a desire to learn and expand his/her knowledge base.

The Marketing Analytics Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing Analysis.

What you will do:

  • Build dashboards and reports for the Global Marketing Organization. Assist in maintaining and updating all daily, ad hoc, and regular cadence reports.

  • Support strategic analysis projects to aid in data interpretation and decision making using ETL, BI, and data visualization tools.

  • Prepare comprehensive data tables and presentation decks for operational performance reporting

  • Streamline and automate recurring reporting processes, continually evolving metrics and attribution models.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members to drive data cleanliness and ensure compliance within our reporting environments.

What you will bring:

  • Strong reporting, analytics/statistics skills through experience in previous positions, internships, college coursework, etc.

  • Experience working with marketing KPIs and attribution models

  • Excellent English language and communication skills

  • Must be customer obsessed

  • Comfortable working as part of a diverse global team across multiple levels of the organization

  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a remote environment

  • Hunger to learn, grow and solve problems

  • Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines without constant direct supervision

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Preffered Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or other field with a strong focus on data and analytics, or significant relevant experience

  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or reporting experience, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Experience building complex formulas, queries and macros

  • Familiarity with or other CRM, Alteryx or other ETL systems, Tableau or other BI / data visualization tools

  • Experience with project management tools and marketing automation tools (such as Eloqua, Hubspot) are a plus
