Senior Product Marketing Manager - Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus the development of our emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework and messaging, along with the successful marketing of a suite of products and services. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with strong product marketing skills and education or working knowledge of ESG.
Our Senior Product Marketing Managers work within assigned product categories to create compelling messaging and content, lead product launches, support demand campaigns, grow revenue, increase awareness and adoption of their portfolio. This role requires a self-driven individual who can work with cross-functional teams of senior leaders and individual contributors throughout a matrixed, distributed organization. The successful candidate will represent Iron Mountain to customers, prospects, partners, industry analysts and other significant constituencies, as well as represent those constituencies within Iron Mountain.
Plan and lead the development and execution of our ESG marketing strategy.
Plan and lead the go-to-marketing activity for Iron Mountain’s Storage and Project Services business.
Develop marketing plans, messaging, sales enablement content and activities, sales plays, external content across the buyer’s journey, etc.
Drive the strategy to support growth of the service line. Partner with Demand Generation to develop campaigns and drive leads, and with Sales to promote use of tools, best practices or other activities to accelerate the sale process..
Analyze the performance of current service offerings including win/loss analysis, concepts for new services, and service offerings of competitors. Collaborate with Business Leadership and Product Management to define value and prioritize future product requirements and roadmap.
Provide the “voice of the customer” to worldwide business leaders, product management, and sales to ensure marketability of products and tailor of value propositions for appropriate market segments.
Plays a leadership role in recommending and influencing future product roadmaps based on market research and new market trends
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
8-10 years of experience, with a significant portion in marketing management for a customer-oriented organization.
Experience with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) messaging.
Self-starter with strong executive facilitation skills and experience related to strategic execution and problem solving.
Solid analytical skills (i.e., marketing measurement, new market analysis etc.)
Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
Highly seasoned project management skills.
Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills.
Excellent people management skills, with an intense focus on the firm’s culture and values.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal to have business acumen, some management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills related to content creation.
Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
