We have a new opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Spain. This role will align closely with our Marketing department based in Madrid and will play a key role in our demand generation in the Spanish market.

We can offer flexible working for this role although ideally the candidate will be based in Madrid or Barcelona.

What you will do

  • Use outbound telephone,email and social media to contact Iron Mountain prospects and current customers as a means of discovering, assessing and qualifying their interest in Iron Mountain products and services

  • Capture results of the outbound telephone activity using Iron Mountain’s customer relationship management system

  • Qualify leads to the point that the lead is sales ready and can be effectively handed-over to a sales person to qualify and progress an opportunity

What you will bring

  • Experience in a high volume telephone based sales position

  • Prior experience of selling IT or Technology solutions would be an advantage

  • The ability to research the market and uncover new business opportunities

  • The right attitude and personal manner

  • Proactive mind-set, not afraid to pick up the phone

  • Able to learn fast and ask the right questions

  • Comfortable with using a computer / social media
